dxf is a simple file that shouldn't be hard to use. All of this is new to me, but it seems like a. Obviously, both are not CAD software.ĭo either of you have other ideas to bypass Corel to communicate with this laser tool? Basically from what I understand the only reason I am using corel is because the vector lines need to be different colors and/or sizes to tell the cutter which type of "cut" to make. No matter what I do the line weight of the annotation still show up thin (image attached). Why I thought inventor is because it didn't work on two programs including Adobe Illustrator, which is I believe a well respected program as well. After I link an AutoCAD file to a drafting view the annotations print with a smaller line weight. I am just trying to get this problem fixed without an incredible hassle so far the solutions haven't worked or are not sustainable for me, so I can laser cut some parts on a Universal Laser System V660. Most days I don't have time to even think about this problem either. I wish that I could trouble shoot easier, but I do not have admin rights on the computer that I use and the only copy of Corel that I have is at work. Can you open the files that I uploaded What version of Corel did you use? Right now I am using CorelDraw Technical Suite 2017 Education edition.
